High CPU usage

    Hello,
    I see high CPU usage and saw that MySQL queries are very high. Turned out to be this plugin. Please check the query type which I am adding below and let me know if this is a design fault or my system related issue.

    Waiting for query cache lock | SELECT post_name FROM wp_posts WHERE post_name = ‘wplconsentlog-20553’ AND post_type = ‘wplconsentlo’

    I see numerous queries with the number changed after wplconsentlog.

    Let me know if I can do anything to solve this.

    We tried replicating this issue but could not do so.

    This seems to be coming because of the size of your query cache.

    We request you to kindly update the query cache size and make sure that it is less than 200MB.
