High CPU Usage

I have a 4 Core VPS with only 2 sites. 1 of the sites is using 3000% CPU, and there isn’t much traffic coming to the site.

When I checked the high CPU usage using the htop command, it shows lsphp and MySQL are using a lot of cpu.

What is index.phto_avoid_overwrite_important_env ??
