The problem is not related to the header, it is related to the product summary

If you clear the cache, disable the cache plugin, then do another test, did you get the same poor CLS score?

When i disable cache plugins i get 0.47 CLS and cache is active i get 0.25

I enabled sticky product summary and now the CLS shows for:
product_title entry-title
woocommerce-product-rating
price
woocommerce-product-details__short-description
br_brand_product_container

Are you still getting the same thing on Astra latest version, which currently is v4.3.0?
