I see, but you don’t have AO active there, if I’m not mistaking, so I can’t really see what remains un-aggregated? ??

This is the link to our live site, the previous is a test one.
I’ve deactivated Autoptimize on queue-it.com as it’s not displaying the site on mobile.

I will get back to you when I have resolved that issue, but when I enabled the Autoptimize this is the amount of js files it showed.

well, that’s the exact same amount as without AO, so something clearly is not right. let me know if/ when I can help (preferably on test, actually, to avoid messing up your live site)!
