Hierarchy of categories?

  • Is there a way to make Event cateogories act like WordPress post categories? Currently top level categories display an empty event list instead of all categories in that event category.

    just to confirm, did you mean in the front-end single events page which you can modify under Events > Settings > Formatting or when creating events?

    Neither. I want the Category archive page for top-level event category to also display events assigned to sub-level category.

    So if X is a subcategory of Y, and event assigned to X would also show up if in a list of events with category X. Like post categories do.
