Hierarchy? of pages is changed in wp 3.0?

    hello,
    i’ve upgraded a week ago to 3.0.
    back then it all seems fine, working and kicking.
    but today i’ve wanted to post a new post,
    and it was a disaster!
    some how, the main URL points now to the posts itself and it skips my home.php page, as if it doesn’t exist.

    how come?
    can any one help?

    o.k. – some info:
    if i’ll insert the URL “https://www.bayadaim.org.il/?s=” – as an empty search redirection, it will send me to home.php.

    but when i’m using plain “https://www.bayadaim.org.il” – it sends me to the last post, for some reason…

    that’s for now…

    and even when i change it to an existing ‘static page’ in “Administration > Settings > Reading” i’m still getting the last post…

    another thing – when i’m removing any home.php or front-page.php and while i’m still with a specific static page – still the same…

    solved – the “redirection” plugin caused the problem.
    sorry for the fuss…
    does any one knows a Substitute? for this plugin?
