    Hello,

We are using the free version of the plugin. We needed to set up events in a hierarchical fashion, such as presentations being sub-events of a conference. I changed the post type and page attributes to support this, as well as custom rewrite rules for the URL, all via functions.php in the child theme. All is working fine, except that in the edit screen of the admin interface, there is no pagination. While we have 35 events currently, only 20 of them will show (as per the screen options), and there is no way to see the next screen. Where the pagination should appear, I only see “20 items.” If I remove the code that sets the post type to hierarchical, the pagination works fine.

I know this is a non-standard use of the plugin, but I was hoping that someone might have a suggestion for what is interfering with the pagination. Thanks.

  • Hello,

As you mentioned, this is an unusual/unsupported request based on the customizations needed, so we are unfortunately unable to provide support for these matters.

I hope you understand and best of luck achieving said customizations. Thank you for choosing TEC and have an excellent week!
