Hierarchical custom taxonomies isnt working

I tried even older version of WP and another hosting but its not working.
Taxonomies itself working in admin but slug isnt working.
Even when i tried URL: https://url.co/custom-taxonomies-slug/ it shows “Not found”
I follow this tutorial but isnt workig too.
Any help? Thanks
