    Hey guys,

I have created a CPT with the Hierarchical option set to “True” however I do not have the option to select a Parent page on the Post editor page. the Page Attributes box is visible, but no “Parent Page” option.

Is there another step I need to take to make this visible?

Just in case you hadn’t gotten that far yet, do you have more than 1 published post for this? I believe that’s a requirement to set up the association.

I don’t have any leads on why this may be happening, and since we don’t have many people reporting issues like it, I have to assume it’s specific to the install.

Hey guys, it seems I found the problem. You must have “Page Attributes” ticked in the “Supports” settings of the CPT UI interface.

It now shows up in the sidebar of the post page. ??

@larnieb indeed, and good catch that I didn’t think of previously. Can confirm that that needs enabled as well.
