    Thank you for creating and maintaining EventPrime. In the past couple of weeks since I installed the plugin, it has already proven very useful for my website.

    I have been looking through the documentation on the EventPrime website to see if there is any way to completely hide the seating type on the event sites, as seating types are unneeded for my website, but I haven’t been able to find anything.

    Most of my users are fairly computer illiterate, and my users need to check the list of event sites regularly. I think that having the seating type displayed on the event sites will be confusing for my users, and it would be wonderful if I could hide the type on all the sites.

    Is there any way I can do this?

    Thank you so much in advance.

    Hi @dennizeliasson40,

    Thank you for writing to us.

    There is no option right now to hide seating type on the Event Sites directory page. We have noted your requirement and will add this option in the near future.

    For now, what you can do is hide seating type by using the Custom CSS setting from the Global Settings. Add the following code in the Custom CSS box and save:

    .emagic div.kf-venue-seating-capacity { display: none; }

    This will hide the seating type section from the Event Sites directory.

    Please feel free to write back if you have any further questions.
