    Hello

I’m sorry to ask for your help again, but I find a problem that I cannot understand.

I want to insert a calculation in an HTML field of my form. So that the calculation is not visible outside the HTML field, I check Hidden in Calculations Settings.

Despite this, the result is shown both in the HTML field and in the form. Why doesn’t the Hidden box work?

I exported the form and uploaded it to Google drive:

Thank you very much in advance!

    Hi @aralar

    Sorry to hear this.

Not worries about pinging us, feel free to ping us any time you need.

I am afraid the Docx converted some strings which caused a failure to import the form.

Can you download the TXT file and upload it to Google drive or share the code using https://pastebin.com/

    Hello

Thank you for your quick response.

I regret the problem with the format of the document.

Here is the same in TXT format.

    Hi @aralar

    Thank you for the form.

    Can you try this?

    Remove the hidden option: https://monosnap.com/file/hJhAIM7X6yANmDZ0UD7NfRdwnBik07

Go to Visibility and remove your conditionals & set the hidden option again.

It is going to prevent the problem.

Sounds like a possible bug, so I am going to report to our developers too.

Let us know the result you got.

Hi Patrick – WPMU DEV Support (@wpmudevsupport12)

Indeed, the problem disappears with this small manipulation.

In fact, once the Hidden box is checked, it is not possible to establish visibility conditions. On the other hand, once the visibility conditions are established, it is still possible to check the Hidden case, which seems, in my humble opinion, to be the source of the problem.

So thank you very much for your kind and expert help.

For future versions, it would suffice to impose the prior removal of visibility conditions to enable the Hidden case to be checked.

Once again, I am blown away by the quality of the plugin and the support that goes with it.

    Best regards
