Hiding Super Admin from Approve List in Multisite

Jason, I added some code that won’t hide the super admins but will remove the deny and approve actions from their row. This change can be found at https://github.com/picklewagon/new-user-approve/commit/3f4aa99ab41c198365a8cba124d1d1c011df4298
