    Hi Michael,

I’m giving AiF a test drive and the most attractive feature of a pro version would be an option to hide certain columns of a published Google Sheet.

If a sheet has columns A, B, C, D,… is it possible to select and hide columns B and C?

Thank you in advance for your reply ??

I think you don’t have access to google pages and that you can use the external workaround.
Therefore you can use the following feature:

For really hiding it with modifying the iframe content access is needed.

    Thanks.

Actually, I’m the owner of the google document, if that kind of access is relevant. I can publish sheets (or the whole document).

The idea is as follows. I have a price list on sheet 1, with buy and sell prices. I have a “copy” of that sheet as sheet 2 with only sell prices which is published and shown to buyers.

Because due to frequent editing of the original sheet, some cells ins sheet 2 are invalid, I need to go in and manually remove them. I would like to avoid it by publishing the original sheet 1, but with buy price column hidden.

    Does that change the approach?

P.S. As it is a price list, there is a lot of content and there is a scroll bar.

No. You would need to include Javascript to google which I think this is not possible for you ;).

With this access you can only put e.g. white divs over fixed areas. In your case I think this would not work for you as a solution.

    You’re right, I cannot put a JS into Google’s server…anymore.

    :))

Thanks for making it clear to me. I will stick to my current workaround then.

Btw, thanks for real-time answers! ??

And the scroll bar is also something which would not work here.

Yeah, I read that a scroll bar would be a limitation, so I mentioned it.
