Hiding Site Title

Hi

My website (domain) name is totally different from the site title and tagline that I want to use so obviously I want to use a logo. However, the site title keeps appearing in all pages including the home page. I tried to hide the site title by going to customize appearance and site identity but do not see any button to disable the display of header text, etc. Is there any other way to remove it without using CSS and if not can you please let me know the CSS? I am using OceanWP theme but cannot figure out how to remove the site title (page titles are no problem). I want to mention that I just want to hide the display of the site title and tagline and NOT remove it because I want these both to be used in SEO by the search engines like Google.
