Hiding Secondary Menu from Header display

Hi. I’m using Storefront with WooCommerce.
I would like to use a navigation menu based on my product categories for my sidebar.
The problem is that if I create a secondary menu it automatically displays in the header.Is there either a way to deactivate the menu from the header, or another way to have a navigation menu in my sidebar?
Please help.

Hi there!
What you can do is create a new menu, call it Sidebar Menu, but don’t assign it to any specific location like Primary or Secondary Menu.
