When showing downloads in a category, I’d like to be able to hide files from that list if the file is marked Members Only. This way, only a logged in user would see those files. I think the old version of the plugin had a VIP option which did this. Any ideas how to make the work? Thanks!

  • Hey @epleuralis,

We have a paid version of our plugin “Advanced Access Manager” with which this can be done. Another way would be to modify the plugin templates to add custom query which is beyond the scope of our support. If you are a developer, I would suggest checking the templates folder within our plugin.

Thanks. You should add that as one of the features listed of AAM!

Hey Harish – I purchased & installed the AAM extension and activated the setting to hide downloads if marked as members only – but it’s not working. I’m expecting only logged in users would see the members only file but everyone is seeing it. I’ve tested for caching issues. Any additional settings that I’m missing to make it work?
