Hiding fields to the client

Hi,
i would like to hide certain fields to client once i have given their value.
i use complex fields groups, and a frontend framework (uikit) so i put a cf classes, and i can reuse the same group for to make a gallery of 3 or 4 columns, for that i just have to put a different class.
but once the site is built i prefer not to give the client the ability to modify this classes in the back office as it will break the layout

Would that be possible ?
