When ‘restricting access’ of a block to “Logged Out Users” it will still show to “Logged In Users”. Though the ‘restriction action’ is set to “Hide block”.

Has anyone else come across this issue? Any idea how to fix this?

Switching off the caching by the WP Super Cache plugin did not solve the problem.

I suppose there is a way to edit a topic, but I haven’t figured out yet, how to do it. Hence I replied to my own topic.

    Thanks for your response Andrew.

I will need some time to carry out the conflict test properly. What I could already observe in the meantime, that testing the website while being logged in as superadmin could be part of the problem. While being logged in with a subscriber role only, the restricted content seems to work well. Maybe a beginners mistake on my end? Not sure yet. ??

Will keep this post updated with more findings.
