Hiding all post in a category

I have a plugin that auto-generates posts once/day, I can set them to be filed in one category. These posts are not secret in any way but I don’t want them to show up in the normal listing of posts.

So if a visitor comes to my site I don’t want them to see these posts, but if I tell someone to visit https://xxxxxx.xx/category/log then they would see them.

I tried to find some way of doing this but I couldn’t find anything. Is there some way of hiding all posts within a specific category?
