Hiding A File

Just installed WP on a new domain. I ran a security check and it said, “Check if wp-config.php is present on the default location.”

The files are in the main directory. I can’t move it up.

To hide it, how do I do so in htaccess? A ‘deny all’ statement seems right but I don’t want to code it incorrectly.
