Hides Page Name in Menu/Navigation Bar

Hi,

the plugin takes the ‘the_title’ hook to replace the title.

if your theme use the filter to, i have no change to detect the context of the call. i can only detect the page type (page, category, archiv, homne).

perhaps it works to remove the filter from my plugin via remove_filter at the spot where the theme creates the navigation.
