Hello, first of all, thank you very much for this amazing plugin.
    My question:

I have a store project with some vendors who want to use WhatsApp to receive an order and some others prefer an email message.

So, I tried to use in some products the function
“Hide WhatsApp button? This will hide the WhatsApp button only for this product.”

However, on the thank you page, I still see the WhatsApp button even if I selected to hide.

My goal should be to show/hide the button depending on the vendor’s preference.
What I miss to obtain this?

    Thank you for your help.

    Hi @therock2018

    Thanks for using the plugin.

This option; “Hide WhatsApp button? This will hide the WhatsApp button only for this product.”, is only effective for the single product page of that product (in which you used this option).

If you want to hide WhatsApp button on Checkout/Thank You page, you need to uncheck the “Enable Setting?” checkbox on Checkout setting tab instead.

Also, I’d like to tell you that OneClick Chat to Order is not natively compatible with any multi-vendor plugins for now.
If you’re using WCFM Marketplace & WCFM Frontend Manager, there’s an add-on you can use, can be found here: https://onlinestorekit.com/oneclick-wcfm-connector/

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you in advance.

Hi, thanks a lot for your help.

I tried what you suggested, but if I uncheck that option I no more see the WhatsApp button even on the product I declared to use it with: Check to assign a WhatsApp number only for this product.

From what I understand, there is no way to show or hide the button from the product panel. I am not using right now a multi vendors plugin, I am working on using categories per vendor.

I am thinking without finding a fix for this!
Probably using WCFM Marketplace & WCFM Frontend Manage as you said.

    My Goal should be:
product A set to be ordered with WhatsApp show button
product B set to be not ordered with WhatsApp hide the button

    Sorry for my english.
    Thanks for your time..

    Hi @therock2018

Yes, the option we both mentioned is only for a specific product to show/hide WhatsApp button only on the single product page (the product page).

There’s currently no option to hide the WhatsApp button on the checkout page for specific product. <= This is mainly because if you have 2 products; 1 product that has the WhatsApp button hidden on Checkout page and 1 product that shows it, then they will conflict with one another.

    As for this:
    “My Goal should be:
product A set to be ordered with WhatsApp show button
product B set to be not ordered with WhatsApp hide the button”

Perhaps in the future, I will add a new feature where you can hide Add to Cart button only for specific products.

That way, you can set these sample logics:
“Product A can only be purchased via WhatsApp by disabling the Add to Cart button.” => so the only button that exists is the WhatsApp button.
“Product B has an Add to Cart button and WhatsApp button hidden” => so customers can only purchase this product using the complete WooCommerce order processing.

    Hope that helps.

    Thank you.

    Yeah, should be very amazing!
Thanks a lot, you have made an incredible job…
I am thinking in waiting for your future implementations to find a temporary fix using CSS to hide/show if I find a way to target…maybe tags or… well I do not know right now!

Anyway, a super thanks to you.

    Hi.

    Thanks for your patience.
I have added two options on the product editor page where you can hide and force show the Add to Cart button on that specific product.
Please update the plugin to the latest version and configure it on a product editor page.
Let me know the result afterward.

    Thank you in advance.
