Hide “Welcome to…”

    I have looked through all the settings and have these options ticked:

    Skip Greetings and Trigger an Intent
    Skip Greetings and Show Start Menu
    Show Start Menu After Greetings
    Disable First Message

    But when I load the site I’m still getting a “Welcome to WPBot” message.

    Basically I just want the button to be visible without any message and then it’s up to the user to click on the button to start the chat. How do I disable the welcome message?

    Please clear any site caching and then check after clearing the browser cache and cookies or in browser Incognito mode.
