Hide votes after voting

Hello! First off I love the plugin. The design and flow is excellent. Hide the result after a user has submitted their response, and show a thank you message instead, such as ( Thank you for vote) ? Is it possible to make this possible?

The plugin lets you configure the result page and customize it on your own. You can either hide the results or display them instantly after the voting.
You can type in your preferred thank you message, for instance, Thank you for taking the time to vote.
Under the poll, you can write the text as you want. You can create through the image and many more features that you want.
