Hide URE interface from some of site's adminstrators

    I have non-multisite WP installation with several administrators.

    I want hide URE interface from all administators except me.
    I find this constant, which may help me:

    define('URE_KEY_CAPABILITY', 'administrator');

    but it isn’t have filter or some other ways to customize it.
    How can I do my task?

    1) It is possible to create a copy of ‘administrator’ role and assign it to those several administrators instead of built-in ‘administrator’ role.
    2) Pro version (https://www.role-editor.com) has user interface to change URE key capability.

    I plan to add special user capabilities to manage access to the User Role Editor itself and its single functions, like add/delete role, etc.
