Hide topic based on number of posts in CPT?

Hi there, is it possible to extend the plugin with custom conditions? I cant find any suitable filters.

We have a website with a post listing for the CPT “available jobs”. If there are no available posts (jobs) we would like to hide the section with the post feed, and instead show another section.
