Hide top bar on mobile

Hi, the mobile version of my site shows a top bar with contact information right under the logo and menu and I’d like to hide it. It doesn’t show on the mobile version so im not sure why it does on mobile. I’ve tried adding the max width custom css but it doesn’t hide it. Would really appreciate some help!
