We have the following added to our theme’s custom CSS, but the timestamp is still visible…

    .jdgm-carousel-item__timestamp { display: none !important; }

We’ve turn off caching plugin without change

    Any ideas ?

Hello @oncoursegoggles, thank you for reaching out.

Would you please let us know the name of your shop so we can have a look at the issue?

In any case, instead of using CSS you can try the options in our settings to hide the timestamp:

    In the Review Widget:
Review Widget > Widget Body > Review Timestamps

    In the Carousel:
Other Widgets > Review Carousel > Carousel Customization > Review Date

    Hello,

I was able to turn timestamps off:

Review Widget > Widget Body > Review Timestamps

A lot of your guidance is for Shopify, however we are using WordPress. Can you provide a link to documentation for adding the carousel to a page in WordPress?

    Thanks

Glad to hear you were able, Peter!
Sorry to hear the documentation is not very intuitive for Woocommerce users; it’s still a work in progress indeed, but you can always find the settings in the same place in Shopify, but you might not be able to use the same links to get there faster.

    About the carousel:
You can insert it with this code: [jgm-featured-carousel title=’Let customers speak for us’ all-reviews-page=’#’]

Very important: please don’t forget that the carousel shows “featured” reviews; if you don’t have any “featured” review while using the “Manual” featuring; the page won’t show anything (selecting “Automatic featuring” there will automatically feature up to 50 of the newest 5-star reviews.).

To “Feature Reviews”, you just need to go to the app settings:
Judge.me Product Reviews > REVIEWS’ tab on the top row> You will have your reviews listed then: right next to their “Published” and “Hide” buttons, there is a Heart button: That is your ‘Feature review (carousel)’ button.
You can un-feature reviews in the same way.
    ?
Once again: thanks for your patience and collaboration, Peter.
Thanks for reaching out to us ??
    Best regards.
