Hide time on all day events

I was able to add the title and time of my events by doing {title} <span class=”small”>{time} – {endtime}</span> but I don’t want this to display when I have a category called “Closed” selected. Is there a way I can do this?

Note: I tried using JS to just hide this but it shows back up if I press the next/previous buttons.
