    Hi there
    Thank you for an awesome plugin. I would like to know if it is possible to hide tickets created from one user to another.

    Example: If USER→A creates a ticket then that ticket should only be visible to the site administrators and USER→A. The ticket should not be visible to USER→B

  • Hi @ayushmalakar,

    This is the default functionality of the plugin. The user(subscriber) will only see the tickets raised by him or tickets which are public.
    Also please recheck settings at Support Plus > Settings > Role management.

    Looks like all i needed to do was set the ticket type to private in the default ticket type. And that did the trick

    Hi, I’m having the same problem.

    User B does see the tickets posted by user A.

    I’ve checked the ticket type settings and it is set to private by default.

    Anything else I might be missing?

    Hi @alynnt,

    Have you checked settings at Support Plus > Settings > Role management? Please confirm that you did not have given agent or supervisor capabilities to user.
