Hide Theme Menu and styling not working

I recently developed a site here – https://swg.matthewgideon.com/ and just transferred it to a new domain sweetwaterglen.com – but running into problems.

NOTE: I used the export menu option from the old site and imported into the new site, so I assumed there should be no issue.

Issues:

1) Mobile menu is displayed in expanded view at all times, regardless of breakpoint setting

2) “Hide Theme Menu” is not working the div container continues to show

You can still visit the old site and see the functioning version which works with no issues.
