‘Hide the table of contents initially’ functionality failing

The ‘Hide the table of contents initially functionality seems bugged. On fresh page load it starts expanded, then contracts, causing CLS.

It’s happening on all posts on my site where there is a TOC

I recorded a video and posted a link to it, but the topic was marked as spam because of the link I think. I’ll add it in when the post is approved

You can notice it happening on desktop as well if you load a page incognito

Any help would be really appreciated`
