Hide the profile picture from the header of individual posts.

Hi, thank you very much for your great theme.
How can I do to not show the author image in the header of the blog posts?
I have a plugin that inserts an author box at the end of the articles and that is what I want to keep.
I don’t want to force the editors to use Gravatar to show their picture on the blog.
