Hide the form when it reaches a limit

Hello Everyone,

First of all, thanks for the great plugin and making it free for everyone use. I have one scenario that I wish to implement in few of many forms that I have on my site.

The thing is, I want to limit the total submission of a contact form, let’s say I do not wish to receive no more than 50 submissions in total (In this scenario, obviously I am not talking about ONE person submitting MULTIPLE submissions. All I care about is one total submission number). So, when somehow the limit is reached, the form is hidden or show some message that users can no longer submit the form.

Is there any way to achieve similar or the exact result ? Thanks in advance.
