Hide Text To Province

Is it possible to show text with the shortcode geoip_detect2_show_if to all of Canada but not Ontario? What would be the correct variable combination to use?
Tried the following:
[geoip_detect2_show_if country=”CA” not_region=”Ontario”]TEXT TO SHOW[/geoip_detect2_show_if]

In theory this should work, you could try the geonameId of Ontario instead:
https://www.ip2location.com/free/geoname-idIf you have an IP that has “Ontario” as region, let me know, then I can check it myself.
