hide tags from post

Hi,
Can you please let me know how to ‘hide’ tags under posts?
I still want to have tags, but ‘behind the scenes’,
i tried additional css like (.tags-links {display: none;}, .product_meta {
display: none;} , .tags {display: none;} ) and many more but they won’t work.
i need help on my all postsPlease help me
