Hide Tags

Hey guys, wondering if you guys know how to keep your tags active but hide them on the page…as you can see: https://www.hidden-village.net does that. However, https://hidden-village.net/category/ongoing/aoeeps/ doesn’t along with all my other pages with posts.
Maybe there is something I am not seeing or a plugin someone knows of. Thank you.
