The Events Pages or Single Events Page of EM will use your theme template files. Thus your theme should have a setting to disable those. If your theme doesn’t have one, You could remove those by custom coding and modifying your template files.
Some themes uses Page Template Files. like No-Sidebar, Full-Width. These can be seen when you edit a Page you want and checking the right sidebar.
For Events Single Pages, chances are you would need to edit your template file of your theme. You could create a file on your theme folder called called “single-events.php” and copy the contents of “single.php” then remove the sidebard code from there.
