Hide shortcodes in dashboard

Hello,

How can I hide the shortcodes from the admin menu. I am not ready for the users to have access to the shortcodes yet, I want to temporarily hide the shortcodes from the user, until we figure out if we want to give them access to all of the shortcodes. for right now we only want them to have access to the accordions.
