    Hi,

Totally love this plugin and made a huge use of it for a site I’m doing for a client. But now I’m hitting a problem: the code shows when the post is used in a recent post or featured post.

Can the code be hidden for this type of application? I tried a few “hide” plugins but it’s not working. I’m using Firefox.

    Regards,

    Andre

    Hi,

    The site is here:
    https://creativeforge.org/ortzionB/

As you can see under the slider, there is a section called:
“Testing Recent Posts Extended.” I’d like to take off the shortcode, to avoid having it show up.

    thanks!

    Hi,

Were you able to look at the issue?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

We have checked the link you have provided, and the issue is not related to tabs plugin. It is due to the code you are using to show the posts, as that code picks first few characters of the post description and show that with read more link and this code is not parsing shortcodes. That’s the reason it is showing the shortcodes. There are two different solutions to resolve this issue

    1. You have to give some description at the start of post description, so that code use that description to show.

    2. or you can create new meta box for small description and use that to show on page.

Hope this will help you. In case you have any query let us know.

    Thanks
