That code hides all methods except for Free Shipping when free shipping is available. The snippet can be adjusted to only apply to local pickup if you want.

Your question does’t make sense to be honest though:

So when free shipping is available, you want to hide all methods (including free shipping) except for pickup? 0.o What’s the point of free shipping being available then?

I have bought https://woocommerce.com/products/conditional-shipping-and-payments/ it is interesting but I have some problems :(( for many products with no shipping restriction I always have Pick up in store ??

It seems like you need to create a condition that hides local pickup when you don’t want it to be available.
