Hide shipping fields

    When I arrive on my Checkout page, I see: billing fields, shipping fields, and the “ship to different address” option.

    How can I hide all of the shipping fields, until “ship to a different address” is selected?

    In the WooCheckout settings under “Switches” I see that I can “hide” the “Ship to a different address” and “Force show Shipping Checkout fields”. But, leaving the force show unselected does not hide them.

    Any advice?
