    Hi there,

I am using the WordPress admin bar because I have BuddyPress users and when I am using your wonderful plugin, settings appear on the frontend of my website.

How can I hide “settings” on the frontend and if that’s not doable, I’d like to hide settings on the backend dashboard with CSS.

    Thanks,

    Naomi

  • Hi Naomi,

Are you sure, you have posted it in the right forum?

This is for Helpie FAQ plugin. What relation has FAQ to do with Admin settings?

I guess your question is not related to our plugin. Could you please confirm?

    Waiting to hear from you.

    Kind Regards

    Hi there,

Sorry about the delay I used BuddyPress as my tool bar and WordPress admin bar is part of the BuddyPress menu and when Helpie is activated it show “Setting” when logged on as author.

I don’t mind for the settings to show in the dashboard since I administer my website, can you provide CSS code where I can hide “settings” when logged on as non administrator?

See attached Settings shows on front-end

    Thanks,

    Naomi
