    @reputeinfosystems Could you stop calling support topics on this site a “ticket”? Seriously, please do that now.

    You have zero customers on this site; no one has any customers here. When you call an opensource user’s support topic a “ticket” you are giving users a very wrong impression that they are your customers and that you owe them something.

    They are not customers. You do not owe them even a reply though everyone is glad that you do.

    Please take care not to repeat this and call support topics what they are. Not “tickets”.
