Hide SEO columns from [Editor] Dashboard->Pages

I installed this to hide the SEO Column from the Editor WordPress User role. I was able to remove it from the Dashboard SIDE menu, but the SEO column still shows when looking at the list of Pages. Is there any way to hide the SEO columns: SEO, SEO Title, Meta Desc., Focus KW? I just noticed they are removeable from the Screen Options drop down up top but I do not want them to be there at all. This is for any User below Admin. Thanks in advance.
