Hide review metadata column

    The latest version of WPRM includes a Review metadata column on the Comments management page, which is cluttering up the screen and making it harder for my client to moderate comments. Can you please add an option to hide this?

    Actually, nevermind. Something is disabling the standard Screen Options tab on this and many other sites; I need to narrow down which plugin is doing that.
