Hide REPLY link on reply header

Hi, I just want to enable the QUOTE link, but the REPLY link appears too. Is there a way I can filter the reply header to prevent the REPLY link from appearing?
Btw I tried posting in the Dev4Press support forum (lite) but it redirected me to Pro. In other words, this page doesn’t work:
