    Hello,

I am currently using the free version with WordPress 3.8.1. I have come across two problems:

    1. after activating the sendpress plugin, the javascript-based interactions in the WP-backend don’t work anymore. The Firebug-console shows the following error:

Error: Syntax error, unrecognized expression: ?page=sp-emails

When I deactivate Sendpress and empty my browser cache, everything works again.

    2. the button for creating a new e-mail is missing. this occured after updating to Sendpress 0.9.9.4

Thanks in advance for your help

    Hi,

    Could provide this info: https://sendpress.com/support/knowledgebase/what-information-should-i-provide-in-a-support-ticket/

You can remove your url if you like. We don’t need that info currently. Do you know what version of firefox you are using? I have not been able to recreate this on our test sites.

    Thanks,
    Josh

    Hi xjebediahx,

This sounds like a plugin conflict. Would you be able to deactivate the other plugins you have and see if the problem goes away. If you deactivate one at a time and find the one causing the problem i can look into getting a fix together for it.

    Hello Josh,

the problem seemed to be not your JavaScript, but the JS of the options framework plugin that was used in the theme.

I edited two lines of code there and now it seems to work. And magically also the Create-Email-Button appeared ??

    Thanks so far.
    Dirk
