    Hello,

I was wondering if there is a way to have the “Read more” link not appear if the post is less than the excerpt length. That is, if my excerpt length is set to 500 characters and the post is only 250, there is no need for the “Read more” link to appear at all.

    Thannks.

Released. You’ll see the option called “Remove link if the whole post content shown”

    You’re welcome Josh.

    Hi WPKube,

this does not work for my. Activated, it removes _all_ “read more”-Links for the posts where I used the “more”-tag.

Also: If there’s no full stop in front of the “more”-tag, the link doesn’t show either. Took me hours to find out ??
