Hide quantity field

Having this same issue. Rolled back to 7.1.1. Please Resolve

This issue with the quantity field is a bug, and it has been reported to our developers here: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/issues/36007

There is no timeline for a fix but the CSS code will work as a workaround. Feel free to subscribe to the issue, to follow its progress.
